1、负责整个集团，包括海外公司人员的招聘，确保招聘任务及时高效完成；

2、维护和拓展招聘渠道，确保招聘渠道与公司需求的匹配度，以满足公司的人力需求；

3、发布及更新招聘信息；

4、筛选简历及沟通安排面试；

5、招聘效果评估，对招聘过程进行监控，并对招聘效果进行评估，以提高招聘效率。

Changzhou headhunting company recruitment responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the recruitment of the whole group, including overseas companies, to ensure the timely and efficient completion of recruitment tasks;

2. Maintain and expand recruitment channels to ensure the matching of recruitment channels with the company's needs to meet the company's human needs;

3. Release and update recruitment information;

4. Screening resumes and communicating to arrange interviews;

5, recruitment effect evaluation, the recruitment process to monitor, and the recruitment effect evaluation, in order to improve the efficiency of recruitment.

常州猎头公司招聘岗位任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、法学、经济学等相关专业或者德语等语言类相关专业；

2、3年以上海外岗位招聘经验，掌握良好的招聘方法和技巧；

3、熟悉海外主流招聘网站，熟悉德国劳动力市场及用工环境，熟悉德国人力资源相关法律法规；

4、德语流利，能适应短期的海外出差，有德国人力资源工作经验。

Requirements for recruitment positions in Changzhou headhunting company:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management, business administration, law, economics and other related majors or German language related majors;

2. At least 3 years overseas job recruitment experience, master good recruitment methods and skills;

3. Familiar with overseas mainstream recruitment websites, familiar with the German labor market and employment environment, familiar with German human resources related laws and regulations;

4. Fluent in German, able to adapt to short-term overseas business trips, with German human resources work experience.
